Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are all accepted methods of payments.Paypal is also accepted and credit cards can be given there as well. You don't need to be a member of Paypal to pay by that method. All payment information is done over a secure server and information is encrypted. Please feel confident in placing your order. What Shipping Methods Do you Use?



We use UPS ground (1-5 days to receive) for 14 kt Diamond and Jewelry, Floto Luggage(Canadian orders ship USPS as it is cheaper) and USPS Priority mail( or International Priority Mail) for Charles Albert Sterling Silver,Handbags and Koralia Belts. Calico Juno earrings/necklaces will be sent standard USPS unless a request for a rush then it will be sent 2 day fed ex.



If buyer needs other items shipped via an expedited method please email BEFORE checking out and using this option and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Generally speaking Handbags, Charles Albert Sterling Silver Jewelry, some Calico Juno, and handmade CAN be shipped within a day. 14 kt, 10 kt and Diamond Jewelry some pieces can ship as fast as 2 days( and then 1 day expedited shipping if desired however extra charges for UPS overnight). This jewelry is shipped from the manufacturer and like most warehouses and manufacturers, they do NOT ship on weekends. I can work with you to try to get the item quickly. Any item shipped via UPS cannot be shipped to PO boxes or any other addresses that UPS does not deliver to.

Can items be picked up locally?

Melie Bianco/amykathryn handbags as well as designer products can be picked up locally if you live in or near State College Pa. All jewelry is shipped by the manufacturer and thus cannot be picked up locally. Please email if a local pickup is desired



When Will The Items Ship?



Melie Bianco handbags will ship priority mail 24-48 hours after payment is received.





All in stock Floto Imports Italian Leather totes/duffles will ship out 1-2 business days via Ups ground.Items can be expedited. Handcrafted Artisan jewelry is handcrafted just for the customer so it sometimes can take 4-6 days before it ships unless indicated otherwise.



Diamond jewelry usually will ship 2-4 business days after payment is received. Omega necklaces and some chains may take a bit longer. If there is any additional delay the buyer will be notified.





Floto Information
Product Weights - Floto leather duffles and travel bags weigh 4-5 pounds on average. The larger travel bags (Venezia Grande, Positano Grande, Milano Trolley, and Venezia Garment Bag) weigh 6 pounds. Floto briefs, minis and handbags weigh 2-3 pounds on average. Floto canvas resort bags weigh 2-3 pounds on average. All Floto leather travel bags and totes will fit into the overhead bins of large jets; however, the larger bags (Venezia Grande, Positano Grande, and Milano Trolley Lg) might have to be checked. The overhead bins on turbo props and small airplanes are too small to fit our larger bags (Venezia Grande, Positano Grande, and Milano Trolley Lg).

The formula used to find the maximum carry-on size for most airlines is as follows:

Maximum Carry-on Size = 45 Linear Inches. Or, Length (in inches) + Width (in inches) + Depth (in inches) = 45 Inches.

All of our bags meet this criteria when fully packed except the Venezia Grande (49 Linear Inches), Positano Grande (48 Linear Inches), Milano Trolley Large (50 Linear Inches).

Our experience and feedback from customers is that checking your bag depends on the mood of the airline on the day that you travel. Floto leather bags are soft and even the larger totes and duffles can be compacted to fit restrictions if they are not completely packed.

Do you Ship Internationally?
At the present time my store is set up to ship to the Unites States and Canada. However I have been getting a lot of requests for international shipping. Thus right now if an international customer is interested in a product( Charles Albert, Floto, Melie Bianco or amykathryn, Koralia Belts) please email me and I can see what we can do to arrange the items shipment. So far, I have shipped to Japan,China, Germany, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. There are some countries I do not ship to due to Fraud. They are Nigeria, Malaysia and Indonesia. When International customer emails I can quote them how much the item will cost to ship. Expensive Gold and Diamond jewelry generally can only be shipped to Canada or US due to fraud issues shipping to other countries. Postage for International and Canadian shipping will be more than the stated postage to US. I don't make money on shipping costs. I will only charge what I need to get the item to you plus packing materials etc. Also all Duty charges are the responsibility of the customer
If item is shipped to wrong address given by Buyer or if item is not deliverable there will be a 20% stocking fee assessed. If the item is still desired Buyer must pay for additional shipping costs


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Holiday Returns~ Items with the exception of Gold, Diamond and expensive silver jewelry (returns for these items will remain the same and be unchanged) purchased after 11/16 will eligible for holiday returns. ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, NEW AND WITH ALL TAGS ON. ALL BOXES AND DUSTBAGS MUST BE RETURNED. Items will be refused if any item is damaged or not complete.


For all returns please email seller at Returns@lesleesbitsandpieces.com and address and RMA will be issued. Please include order number in subject field. Check below for item specifics for returns. Item must be received back to get refund. Items lost in the mail will not have money refunded. Leslee's Bits and Pieces will refuse returns when item is not sent back in NEW condition. Item CAN NOT BE USED and then sent back. I resell these items and that is why this policy is in place Item must be received back within 10 days after email requesting return. Any item received back after that 10 day period will have a 20% restocking fee assessed. No returns are accepted after 14 days. Please note~ All wrappings on the bag MUST be intact. As well as any tags and plastic bag it was shipped in. I need the wrappings ON so bag stays in Pris teen condition and can be resold. Wrinkled or missing wrappings devalues the item. If it is returned this way a 15% restocking free will be assessed. UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL HAVE A 25% stocking fee assessed which is in addition to the shipping charges used to ship item

Floto has it's own prices that will be charged as these items are shipped UPS Ground and are costly.

Any item that was shipped for FREE AND ARE RETURNED will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. Prices charges are as follows.

Charles Albert Fine Sterling Silver jewelry has a 10 day money back guarantee. It must have been worn and all boxes must be returned. Unless the item has been deemed defective the shipping costs back will be at the Buyers expense. I do not accept returns after 14 days and there will be a 20% restocking fee after the 10 day period is up. Diamond and Gold jewelry has a 5 day return policy. This policy is in place to avoid returns of jewelry that buyers have worn for the weekend or to a special function. I do not accept worn or damaged jewelry. Do not expect jewelry that you have damaged to get a refund. It is fraudulent to misrepresent the terms of the return. We inspect each piece of jewelry before it ships so we know if the item has been damaged by the customer. If the return is misrepresented and damage has been caused by the customer legal actions will be pursued against the customer. These items are expensive so these policies must be enforced. When purchasing this jewelry the customer accepts all terms and conditions as far as returns and item being returned not used or damaged. It must be new and unworn and received back with any jewelry boxes that came with it. Please email within ASAP as the 5 day return policy will not be extended and returns are NOT accepted after that period of time. All items must ship via insured and trackable manner. Customer must email tracking number to retailer. Retailer reserves right to not issue refund after inspecting jewelry and it is determined to have been worn or damaged by customer. Artisan Handcrafted Jewelry has a 7 day money back guarantee. Since these items are being made to order if the order is returned there is a 15% restocking fee. Orders placed cannot be canceled as the item is in production immediately after order is placed. Please make sure you want item before you order :) Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and must be emailed back by a trackable manner such as Fed Ex or UPS. Item must be returned NEW and UNWORN and with all jewelry boxes it came with. Please allow 5- 10 business days to process the refund. An email will be sent when the refund is complete.



Calico Juno designs has a 7 day money back guarantee for any defects. I will not accept worn jewelry back. Especially earrings which is not sanitary. Please do not attempt to send it back as it will be refused.





Cancellations



Cancellation of an order will occur when the buyer has entered incorrect billing address or telephone number. This is for our security and yours. The correct billing information associated with your credit card must be correct in order for the order to be processed. If any information does not match the credit card the order will be canceled. The order can be resubmitted with the correct information.



On the pricey jewelry I will only ship to the BILL TO address on the credit cards. This is due to high instances of fraud for these pieces. It is for both the customers protection and ours. Thank you for your understanding



Customer cancellations usually cannot be accommodated as some items are shipped quickly. Custom made jewelry cannot be canceled once the ordered is processed.Please email if cancellation is requested and we will try to accommodate only if the order has not yet been processed.

All orders refused, returned to sender or never claimed from postal service will be subject to a 25% restocking fee

Are the diamonds sold on this site natural diamonds?

Yes all diamonds advertised on this site are premium NATURAL diamonds. This means they have not been enhanced in any way. The color of the diamond is either G or H. Diamonds will come with a certificate of authenticity from a GIA graduate which can be used for insurance purposes.



What are my shipping options?



Most items are shipped priority mail when standard shipping is selected.Although at times first class mail will be used. If you want your item fast, email and I can let you know when it will be received. Floto Luggage/duffles are shipped Ups ground( generally) as are the diamond and gold jewelry items. Any item that is shipped UPS CANNOT be sent to a PO Box.

If Express is selected items generally will be shipped USPS Express. Jewelry items and Floto will be sent 2 or 3 day UPS. If customer needs item faster then that please email for a quote on an overnight ship. Not all items can ship FAST. Please email for any jewelry item you need fast



Floto Imports Accessories ships UPS ground and can be expedited if needed
